Matt started the company in 2003, and has a strong vision of where he wants Monty’s Bakehouse to be. Still very much involved in every level of the company, Matt tastes every new recipe personally before it goes on to be developed.

Bridget Paice

Head of Business Development

With over 27 years’ experience in the Airline and Inflight Solutions industry, Bridget brings a wealth of knowledge from her career with industry leaders such as gategroup, LSG Skychefs and Virgin Atlantic. Bridget joined Monty's in 2017 to lead the team as we continue to expand across Asia, the GCC, Australia and into the US.

David Matthews

Head of Supply Chain and Operations

David brings to Monty's Bakehouse over 25 years’ experience in the management of food business operations from industry leaders such as Rank Hovis, Unilever & Organix. With a wealth of experience in manufacturing, logistics, operations planning, & procurement, David will work closely with manufacturing sites in the U.K., Central Europe and the UAE, supporting Monty’s Bakehouse with global expansion plans as they continue to grow.

Harry Crane

Senior Manager Programmes

Brother of Matt, Harry has been with Monty’s Bakehouse since the very early days, and is instrumental in managing all of Monty’s Bakehouse exporting procedures, sourcing and account management.

Andy Bamford

With over 15 years’ experience of Stock, Supply Chain and commercial processes, Andy oversees the day to day logistics of getting our products across the globe, ensuring we always deliver a high quality service.

Lucy Stowell

Senior Customer Services Manager

Lucy joined Monty’s Bakehouse in 2009, and has looked after a variety of functions including Sales, Marketing, Events and Account Management. Now managing our team of Account Managers, Lucy is responsible for managing our clients projects across the different departments in the business, ensuring we deliver excellent Customer Service to our Clients.

Nilufar Moore

Senior Technical Manager

Nilufar has a variety of Technical experience and joined Monty's Bakehouse from Qatar Airways in 2017. Leading the technical team of the business, Nilufar works tirelessly to deliver exceptional quality to all of our clients and caterers.

Phil Sumnall

Head of Innovation

Phil joined Monty’s Bakehouse from Kerry Foods but his prior career boasts training with Jean Christophe Novelli, Jamie Oliver and working on the P&O Cruise liner Oriana. With a strong background in French Cuisine, Phil has worked in numerous 5 Star and Michelin star restaurants throughout the UK during his career.

Janina Wightman

Executive Assistant
