Our chefs are great believers in keeping things simple. Having spent so much time sourcing fresh ingredients it is often the simple recipes that allow all the flavours to come through.

Every day our chefs are busy in the kitchen (We have a second one being built at the moment which is very exciting!) coming up with new ideas or putting the finishing touches to recipes you have requested.

We then check everything we make before it is delivered to try and make sure that it is exactly what our customers have ordered.
