Open Book Logistics is our way of putting Logistics Costs under the magnifying glass and helping our clients make real logistics savings that can be either taken or re-invested back in to inflight menu design.

Our unique point of difference comes from our independence which allows us to make some big promises to our clients and the food manufacturers we distribute for:

• We promise to declare our distribution costs and our margin.
• We promise that as the volume of food items we distribute increases we will pass any Logistics Cost savings generated back to our clients.
• We promise to do this by meeting our clients no less then once every 3 months to provide them with a statement of the Logistics Costs we have incurred and any savings we are able to pass on to them.
