Monty's Bakehouse exhibited their hot snacks at ANUGA Cologne 2011, the largest food exhibition in Europe... we really had no idea what to expect, and were delighted with the positive feedback about our new hot snacks! Making sure we had hot fresh snacks for everyone meant our ovens and microwaves were permanently on the go, getting through an average of 1500 snacks a day! Although everything was exceptionally well received, particular favourites seemed to be the microwaveable and bake in pack Pepperoni Pizza Subs and Roast Beef Bagels, just what people needed to keep them going around the 284,000 m² exhibition! We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped make the show such a huge success, and we look forward to working with some of the people we met!
If you didn't manage to see us at the show, please feel free to contact us for more details on our hand held products and brand!

Dear Monty's Bakehouse,
I have tasted your product on Air Canada from Paris. I really enjoyed your "Hot Posh Wraps". I want to share these with my family and friends. Can I order a few cases with some other items?
Thank you,

Dear Monty's Bakehouse
Do you have an outlet in Canada from which I may purchase your products? I recently had the pleasure of eating your wraps on an Air Canada flight and my party of four loved them.

Following the recent tragic events in Japan, the ITCA Board has been in discussions with the Japan Flight Catering Association (JFCA) about how members may be able to assist the people of Japan at this difficult time. The JFCA has taken a lead in establishing a fund to collect donations and other support which will then be passed on through the Japan Broadcasting Corporation (NHK) and Red Cross Japan.
Here at Monty's Bakehouse we watched the news unfolding with horror and are thinking of our friends, colleagues and all citizens of Japan during this difficult time. We wish you all the best to a speedy recovery.

Dear Monty's
As I contentedly chewed away on the Tomato and Olive Frittata on Air Canada flight from Geneva to Montreal, I read the outside of the box.
Under "Fact of the day" I read that ' "Dwelling", "Dwindle" and "Dwarf" are the only words in the English language that begin with "Dw".
Not so! According to that fount of knowledge, Wikipedia, which of course is never wrong, "Dweeb" was first quoted by the OED (Oxford English Dictionary) as far back as 1972!
And again . . . do proper names count as words, in this context? Because the late American general and president had "Dwight" as his first name.
Keep those frittatas flying!
